This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through drinkgenerate.com are processed and delivered by Generate Products (UK) Ltd (“Generate”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

UK DELIVERY

Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.00 per order.

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £50.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another suitable tracked delivery service. The delivery service used may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, promotions or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may take slightly longer.

UK DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, UK orders will normally arrive within approximately 2–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our direct control.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We accept international orders to selected destinations.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight and available delivery service.

International orders may be sent using Royal Mail International or another suitable international carrier depending on the size, weight and destination of the shipment.

International delivery times vary according to destination and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal services.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Generate cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied when an order is placed.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the delivery with the relevant postal or courier service.

Please allow sufficient time for the carrier’s delivery and investigation procedures where applicable.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number together with photographs of the parcel and damaged product where possible.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
