TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To enter a promotion you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. Daily Advent Calendar promotions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agencies or anybody connected with the promotions.
3. No purchase necessary to enter.
4. A separate promotion will run each day between 1st December and 24th December 2020. Entry details relating to each daily promotion will be posted on the Generate Products Instagram & Facebook accounts @drinkgenerate.
5. Only one entry per person or Instagram account per daily promotion.
6. To participate in a daily promotion, an entrant needs to follow the feed on the @drinkgenerate Instagram or Facebook accounts and comment on that day’s Advent Calendar post. The promotional post will be uploaded by 10:00 each day and entries submitted before 23.59 will be entered in that day’s prize draw. All comments made on the post after this time will not count.
7. Each daily promotion will have one winner who will receive the prize allocated to that day which will be detailed in the post description.
8. The winner of a daily prize draw will be selected randomly from all valid entries commenting on that day's promotional post in accordance with the entry instructions above.
9. Each daily prize draw result is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner. Any entry commenting on a promotional post containing obscene, offensive, libellous or anti-social content will be removed from the Instagram page and the person submitting such entry will be disqualified from all daily Advent Calendar prize draws being run by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Unsuccessful entries in any daily promotion will not be carried over to subsequent daily Advent Calendar prize draws. A maximum of one prize can be won per person across all daily Advert Calendar prize draws.
10. The winner in a daily promotion will be revealed on the Generate Products Instagram & Facebook pages, the following day. The winner will be tagged in the post to which they have won. The winner will be asked to send a private message to the Generate Instagram or Facebook page confirming their address details to which their prize should be delivered. The winner agrees to confirm a delivery address within 24hrs of being notified of winning. In the event that a winner fails to provide address details within 24hrs of notification as the winner, Generate Products reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining valid entries in that day’s draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to a prize. If the second winner doesn’t confirm their address within 24hrs that days competition will be classed as void and no prize for that day will be sent out.
11. Daily winners prizes will be dispatched within 3 working days and sent via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class which aims to deliver your letter or parcel in two to three working days after confirming their address details in accordance with Condition 10 above.
12. Winner details will be announced daily on Generate Products Instagram & Facebook page.
13. The prize in each daily draw is as stated in the winner reveal message for that day and no alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value to those listed in Condition 7, should any of the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
14. Generate Products is not responsible or liable for any entries that fail to be submitted or are delayed for any reason. Proof of commenting on a promotional post is not proof of receipt with Generate Products. Generate Products cannot be responsible in the event that it is unable to contact a winner or a winner fails to receive their prize, as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect contact details.
15. Generate Products reserves the right to change the winning prize on any day of the giveaway without any prior notice.
16. Generate Products reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or suspend a daily promotion or extend the entry period without giving advance notice in the event that it cannot be guaranteed that a daily promotion can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons, or disqualify an entrant at any time if Generate Products suspects that they have been manipulating entries or the results or has acted unethically or in breach of these terms and conditions in any way.
17. By participating in a daily promotion, an entrant accepts Instagram's and Facebook's terms and conditions, although it is acknowledged that such promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by, nor associated in any way, with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their entry in the promotion.
18. Entrants are deemed to have accepted the entry rules set out in all promotional posts and these terms and conditions when participating in a daily promotion.
19. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
21. By participating in a daily promotion, an entrant agrees that their name can be featured in a message on the Generate Products Instagram & Facebook page, if they are selected as winner in a daily draw. In addition, all winners’ names and addresses will be held by Generate Products for 60 days after the prize draw in which they were selected. The data is held for this period of time to ensure compliance with the other terms and conditions of the promotion, including arranging for delivery of prizes to winners. Any winner can request for their data to be deleted before the expiry of this period by writing to Generate Products (UK) Ltd, PO Box 1254, Cheltenham, GL50 9YT, UK, although Generate Products cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is not possible for delivery of that winner's prize to be completed.
